Kamen Rider ZRO( Casting call and OOC)

I am looking for folks to play as character for an orginal idea for a Kamen Rider. This idea is that a young man has gone to Tokyo to on an Archology expedition. He stumbles apon a secert cult that was trying to bring the end of the human race. They found him and experimented with his DNA making him Cyborg but before they could finish the brainwashing he was able to escape and is now Kamen Rider ZRO humanities only hope.
